Bizno is a digital readiness platform that helps businesses track their setup progress, manage team members, and streamline business launch activities. The Service includes both web and mobile applications.

4. User Accounts

  • You may not create multiple accounts for the same individual or entity without our consent

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

When inviting team members, you confirm that you have authority to invite them and that they consent to receiving invitations. Team members must comply with these terms.

You retain ownership of your business data and content. By using the Service, you grant us a license to host and process this data solely to provide the Service.

6.2 Data Backup

While we maintain regular backups, you are responsible for maintaining copies of critical business data. We recommend exporting important data periodically.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
